Terms & Conditions

This English version is provided for convenience. The German version of these Terms & Conditions is legally binding.

§ 1 Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers with Starstyloklein via the online shop starstyleklein.com. Deviating terms of the customer are not recognised unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

§ 2 Contracting party

§ 3 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button at the end of the ordering process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. Immediately afterwards, the customer receives an automatic order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded with this order confirmation or with the dispatch of the goods. Before submitting the order, the customer can check and correct their entries at any time.

§ 4 Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices in euros. Any additional shipping costs are clearly shown during the ordering process before the order is placed.

§ 5 Payment

The available payment methods are shown during the ordering process. Payment is due upon completion of the order.

§ 6 Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery time is stated on the “Shipping” page or during the ordering process. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will inform the customer without delay.

§ 7 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

§ 8 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.

§ 9 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects or transport damage, please contact us at starstyloklein.com@gmail.com.

§ 10 Contract language and contract text

The contract language is German. We store the contract text; the order data is sent to the customer by email.

§ 11 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of their habitual residence. Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
